Requirements: Qualifications
 Previous experience in quality inspection, quality control, electronics, or manufacturing is preferred.
 PCB manufacturing or PCB inspection experience is a strong asset.
 Familiarity with IPC inspection standards is an asset.
 Experience working in an AS9100 or other regulated quality environment is an asset.
 Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify small defects or inconsistencies.
 Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
 Comfortable using inspection and measuring equipment.
 Basic computer skills and ability to accurately complete documentation.
 Good communication and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to work independently and make sound quality decisions.

The Quality Inspector acts as one of our final lines of defence before an order is shipped. This position requires
someone who will not simply assume a product is correct, but will carefully verify the boards and documentation and
speak up when something does not meet requirements.
Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential for this position.
Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing team.
This position is responsible for performing the final inspection of completed printed circuit boards before they are
approved for shipment to the customer.
The Quality Inspector is an important final step in our manufacturing process. The successful candidate must have a
strong eye for detail, take quality seriously, and be comfortable identifying and reporting anything that does not meet the
required specifications.
Key Responsibilities
 Perform final visual inspection of printed circuit boards prior to shipment.
 Inspect finished boards for workmanship, defects, damage, and compliance with customer requirements.
 Verify boards against customer specifications, drawings, work orders, flow sheets, and applicable
inspection criteria.
 Confirm part numbers, quantities, surface finish, dimensions, markings, and other required
specifications.
 Ensure all required manufacturing processes and inspections have been completed and properly signed off.
 Identify and document defects, discrepancies, and non-conforming product.
 Place product on hold when requirements are not met and communicate concerns to the appropriate
department.
 Ensure issues are corrected and properly documented before boards are released for shipment.
 Complete inspection records and other required quality documentation accurately.
 Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Shipping to resolve quality concerns.
 Follow company procedures and AS9100 quality requirements.
 Help ensure that only product meeting our quality and customer requirements is released for shipment.
Hours per week: 40
Rate of Pay: 21-25
