Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, freezing temperatures, and extreme seasonal weather. Must have flexible availability and be willing to work on-call, particularly during snowfalls and winter storms. Ability to work long shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays when required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to report to work on short notice during snow events. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks safely and efficiently. Previous landscaping, property maintenance, construction, or snow removal experience is an asset but not required. Reliable transportation to and from the designated work location, including during early morning or overnight shifts, is an asset. Description: We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit General Labourer to join our landscaping and snow removal team. The successful candidate will assist with fall property cleanups, lawn maintenance, landscaping duties, and snow and ice removal throughout the winter season.
