We design and build both heavy and light turf maintenance machinery for customers across North America. As a full-service manufacturing facility, our operations include fabrication, welding, painting, assembly, and the production of complete sod harvesters and other specialized turf equipment. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Welder to join our production team. Role and Responsibilities: Under occasional supervision of management: • MIG Welding, • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings, • Grinding, measuring and cutting of material, • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, • Clean work areas and equipment, • Work in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations and company rules, policies and procedures. What We Offer: • Competitive wages based on experience ($23-$35/hour), • Consistent schedule; Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM– 4:00PM and Friday: 7:00 AM– 12:00PM, • Permanent full-time position (39 hours/week). • Occasional overtime opportunities (including occasional Saturdays). • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, and life insurance). Working Conditions: Normal working conditions for a manufacturing environment. Work involves standing, walking, carrying, stooping, crouching, sitting, grasping and reaching and repetitive tasks. May require lifting, pulling and/or pushing up to 50lbs. Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to, steel toe footwear, eye, ear and hand protection. Hours per week: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM– 4:00PM and Friday: 7:00 AM– 12:00PM 39 hours/week Rate of Pay: ($23-$35/hour)
