Requirements:       Ensuring 99.9% accuracy when processing/testing incoming returns -Ensuring 2 hour response times to customer inquiries. -Ensuring work space is well organized, accessible and clean -Contacting manufacturers/suppliers to process product warranties -Develop strong understanding of products and documenting common issues/concerns -Providing insight to management of concerning products -Working with partners to get products repaired -Shipping and receiving of items worked on -Ensuring all product tracking is 100% accurate and always up to date -Simplifying current processes to become more efficient -Meeting deadlines on a regular basis, as many tasks are very time sensitive -Packaging, labeling and processing shipments This role will be DYNAMIC! Your role could slightly alter and definitely will grow! Skills & Qualifications: College/University Education is preferred Computer and Internet literate is essential Organization and accuracy are CRUCIAL elements for this role. Superb time management skills Technology friendly/ savvy Basic financial literacy is essential Self-Starter/Willingness to Learn Passionate about Technology is a plus Reliability is essential Adaptability- Works great alone and with others
Description: As the Product Return & Warranty Specialist you will be primarily responsible for managing and responding to processing incoming product returns, testing to determine product issues and taking appropriate actions to get the products repaired/claimed/replaced to ensure 100% of product returns are processed/repaired and sent to customers within 14 days. In addition you will answer customer related product inquiries to drive 100% satisfaction to our customers. This role is of foundational importance to the business and we are seeking somebody who can be adaptable, works well independently as well as with a team. Hours per week: Monday to Friday 40
Rate of Pay: 14 to 15 per hour
