Requirements:       Must be available to work evenings and weekends. Schedule is flexible. Basic computer knowledge. Basic knowledge of Outlook. Must be Bilingual (French/English), reading and written. No cold calling or selling - inbound calls only. One week of paid hands on training - additional training if required.
Description: Answering customer questions following purchases. Troubleshooting over the phone. Placing orders over the phone. Assisting customers with questions or concerns and directing them in the right direction.
Hours per week: Monday-Friday evenings/weekends - schedule is flexible. 25-30 per week
Rate of Pay: $14.00 to start
