Job Title: Administrative Clerk ( 6 Month Contract)

Requirements:       Minimum high school graduate with 2 years of related work experience, preferably in the insurance or banking sector. Knowledge of bank account edits and processes. Basic Microsoft Office skills required. Attention to detail and accuracy Good verbal and written communication skill.
Description: Verify and edit scanned pre-authorized debit (PAD) forms by using CAPTIVA Formware. Process all PAD forms from PACFLOW to add them to the PAD and Credit Card database to establish a relationship. Analyze and update correspondence from policyholder and Clarify cases to start/continue monthly drafts for their policies. Reset policies in Clarify for billing. Prepare batches for scanning and index all documents in Input Accel. Interact with banks/policyholders and other departments to obtain new/correct banking information to continue future monthly billing. Generate letters to the policyholders via MTEXT system and respond to emails received from policyholders. Process dishonored cheques/credit card declines and PAD kick outs. Other duties as assigned.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 37.5)
