Requirements:       Recruiting experience preferred (but not necessary). Sales and negotiating skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking work environment. Exceptional Interpersonal Skills. Outgoing, Detail Oriented & forward thinking individual. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews. Strong decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Efficient time management skills, with the ability to balance numerous requirements, and meet strict deadlines. Customer Relationship management experience.
Description: To attract the right candidates, working with internal and external databases, referrals, networking, and various other means. A successful recruiter will collaborate with Account Managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. Identify and implement best practices to enhance staffing productivity and recruiting quality. Manage internal and external relationships. Administer day to day operations in order to meet required service levels. Balance recruiter workload in order to effectively meet hiring volume needs. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. The successful candidate will have proven themselves capable at managing the recruitment workflow in its entirety; candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, salary negotiations and offers. May be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and/or developing new business relationships.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
