Requirements:       Strong understanding of computers and related components in configurations. Capable of using Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel vlookups and pivot table data manipulation. Proficient Using Seller Central in Amazon.com and with the following other market places including: Walmart.com, eBay and Tanga. Expertise in using Seller Cloud and Ship Bridge in managing multiple marketplaces includes: updating catalogue of product available, inventory management, pick list generation, splitting orders between multiple DC locations and troubleshooting. Fluent in Mandarin and English for Translation between China and Canada ecommerce Teams for day to day and regular meetings.
Description: Supply Chain product flow to and from FBA and our Warehouses – monitor supply dashboard daily and identify needs. Maintenance and managing supply chain activities within Amazon and our employer which includes coordinating shipping to Amazon as needed. Manage the inventory split between our east and west coast warehouses. Organize physical shipments to FBA according to FBA compliance i.e. labelling, dimensions, weight, height. Coordinate printing of Amazon Certified Refurbished Labels to production to include in FBA and Seller fulfilled products. Optimize inventory allocation for riders of high ranked product. Utilize multiple riders & ASINs/Seller Skus as needed. Action the resolution of Defective unit key issues with production (issues identified by Customer Service and Customer Insights Manager). Utilize Seller Cloud for inventory allocation to allow for expansion beyond Amazon. Internal detailed product setup (UPC) in Computer Parts 2000 and within digital channels i.e. Amazon, eBay and Tanga and ensure product setup complete in Seller Cloud and reflected in the right marketplace.
