Requirements:       Minimum 2 years of experience required at Admin/reception with clinic and good knowledge of WSIB, MVA and other insurance paper work. Experience with marketing is an asset.
Description: Working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel, Universal. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual- Hindi, Panjabi language preferred- not necessary. Able to treat physiotherapy client as guideline and plan given by physiotherapist. Admin Duties: Independently answer email inquiries and manage calls from clients and/or potential clients and/or insurance companies Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency, and professional demeanor with respect Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system Assist with business development activities and projects Assist in resolving any administrative problems Maintain office supplies
Hours per week: Mon-Fri 40
Rate of Pay: $14.00 to $20.00- per hours plus Bonus
