Requirements:       High school graduate. Prior customer service experience. Insurance background preferred. Full knowledge of Call Center procedures/operations. Keyboard skills (40 wpm). Excellent verbal communication skills (in both French and English) are necessary. Must be detail minded, analytical and possess excellent Customer Relations skills.
Description: Answer telephone enquiries made by our Accident, Health and life customers regarding policy and claims issues by utilizing data displayed in Clarify, COPS and L/70. Documenting the facts of the call via online system (Clarify) and assist for the website. Enquiries can include questions about Accident, Life and Health calls from agents, claim form requests, policy information changes and general enquiries. Also involved in taking phone enrolments and providing privacy information. Process cases to be sent to other sections and departments. Produce literature fulfilment and notes to the adjustors. To continue training/developing with all aspects of the job, product as well as procedures.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
