Requirements:       Must be fluent in French both oral and written. Post Secondary education in Business, Administration, Communications or related field. 3-5 years' experience. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. 1 year experience working with various Social Media outlets for business purposes.
Description: CUSTOMER FOCUS - respond to customer service inquiries and complains. Diffuse upset customers by liaising with Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing etc. COMMUNICATIONS - effectively and efficiently communicate with customers and corporate staff. PROJECT/TASK MANAGEMENT - forward all risk-related customer service issues to Manager, Franchising and Customer Service. Entering of complaints into Excel-based reporting system. Prepare and distribute reports. Prepare gift card reuisitions and letters for customers as required. Facilitate refunds or exchanges.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday 40
Rate of Pay: $17/hr - depending on experience
