Requirements:       A completed relevant degree/diploma from a recognized college/university program. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Deadline-focused ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Creative writing skills. Social media savvy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive attitude with an ability to take initiative. Ability to collaborate with internal staff and external clients at all levels. The ability to be flexible and respond well to change. Customer-focused work ethics.
Description: Develop creative content writing for marketing material including social media post, website blog, online store product description, advertisements, email promotions etc. Photo retouching for social media posts. Collaborate with freelance graphic designers, content writers, SEO specialist to produce relevant content to attract sales leads. Coordination of reader surveys; including questionnaires and corresponding marketing material. Researching and planning for all events; both domestic and international. Coordination of event logistics, registration, advertising and collateral material. Maintain event database, spreadsheet and associated sponsorship. Assist in the execution of sponsorship agreements and promotional partnerships. Maintenance and updating of multiple websites. Working with off site web developer.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: $14.00 to $18.00 /hour
