Requirements:       • Minimum 3 - 5 years administrative and bookkeeping experience; marketing agency environment preferred • Degree or diploma in administration or related fields • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to receive and provide constructive direction • A team player with positive attitude and able to lead/train subordinates and inspire co-workers • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong analytical and decision making skills • Strive for excellence, improvement and efficiency • Flexibility with hours (able to work occasionally off site and outside office hours) • High proficiency in English and Chinese verbal and written communications • Fast accurate typing in both English and Chinese (at least 50 wpm) • Advanced level experience in PC Windows and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet (Google, Explorer) • A positive and "can-do" attitude • Marketing knowledge a big asset • Car and valid driver licence an asset • Reported to senior management
Description: • Support senior management in a fast-paced national marketing agency on internal and external projects, administration (such as filing, data processing, word processing, meeting agenda and minutes), calendar management, travel plans, meetings and events, information processing, organization, research, liaison, analysis, set up video/telephone conference meetings, office supplies and maintenance, etc. • Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity • Able to write/proofread/edit quality English business/corporate correspondences and materials and prepare professional proposals and presentations using PowerPoint and Word. • Able to work with minimal supervision on most office administrative duties and routines • Experience with full cycle of bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Excel (intermediate to advance level) and able to enter data and generate reports with graphs, tables, and charts for management review • Assist on human resources process and documentation, liaise with payroll company on staff records, staff time sheets, and leave records
Hours per week: Mon to Fri 40
Rate of Pay: Depend on Exper
