Requirements:       1-2 years working in a professional environment. A+ Certification is an asset. Basic knowledge of computers & their components. Speaking Spanish would be an asset. An understanding of the IT industry. Effective communication skills with emphasis on telephone skills and customer satisfaction. Ability to work under pressure, in a dynamic, fast paced, team orientated environment. Excellent time management skills. Ability to multi task. Basic server knowledge would be an asset.
Description: Answer customer inquiries via email and phone. Analyze simple inquiries and issues to troubleshoot and resolve PC, NB, CMB, Tablet hardware, system peripheral, and application and software problems and take corrective action in their resolution. Document and updates all client problems and issues using order entry system and CRM. Follow up with customers, sales, purchasing and production on status of RMA to ensure resolution. Liaising with customers, courier companies and shipping department to resolve any shipping errors or shipping damage and ensure equipment is tracked and customer receives. Other duties assigned.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM ( 40 )
