Requirements:       Bachelor’s degree. 2-3 years of purchasing/business experience. Accounting knowledge is a plus. Able to meet specified deadlines. Willing to work flexible hours. Able to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately (number sensitive). Strong organizational skills and multitasking, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong negotiation skills & Detail Oriented. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Able to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner. Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.). Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese. High sensory attention to detail & demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving
Description: Conduct strategic and proactive parts purchasing – balance emergency buys with stock buys to reduce freight, p/o’s and pick up expenses. Maintain and organize accurate inventory. Monitor stock requirements and adjust re-order points to suite business requirements. Negotiate best pricing, supply and quality to meet business requirements. Prepare purchase order documents, match invoices and check monthly statements. Continually assess process and procedures to explore improvement initiatives. Conduct ongoing analysis of sales data to identify market trends, underperforming regions, improvement areas. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Process cheques, online bank and credit cards payment. Prepare customer invoices matched with Proof of Delivery. Maintain a high attention to detail in all operation tasks on a timely basis, including order placement, order fulfilment, any customer service related issues, and collections to meet or exceed customer expectations. Demonstrate good judgment and respects the confidentiality of company and personnel information.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
