Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and multi-task. Strong problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Tech savvy. Nice to have: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or French.
Description: Our client, a leading Canadian banking institution, is looking for call centre reps to join their Credit Card Services team. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are interested in being part of a team committed to superior customer service, in a fast paced environment. 6 weeks paid mandatory training is included. Work in dedicated team of professional telephone agents. Provide exceptional customer service for clientele. Take inbound service calls. Provide timely and accurate guidance and service to cardholders for a variety of Visa product lines, plans and programs. Contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity. Adhere to corporate processes and controls. Achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services. Recognize and leverage opportunities through cross-selling/value-add opportunity.
Hours per week: 4:00pm - 12:00am, Monday to Sunday (flexible availability required) ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: $19.50/hour, plus $1.10/hour shift premium
