Requirements:       Strong customer service background & ability to delegate. Strong ability to overcome obstacles and objections & shows great initiative. Minimum 1-3 years in a management function. Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with scheduling software or scheduling through excel. Must have a passion for business and a solid understanding of operations management. Proven leader with excellent interpersonal skills. Stronger leader with experience in managing people. Ability to manage the success of each department through use of KPI's, exemplary interpersonal skills, and use of the companies’ mission and vision. Must have the ability to multitask and priority manage, motivate and empower. Must be a strategic thinker who can drive results. Must be a well composed individual with ability to be successful when under pressure.
Description: Responsible for the overall management of day to day duties. Responsible for reporting and staff communications. Key performance indicators- calls per day, adds, losses, cancellations, hours per job, etc. Manage A/R, A/P and financial reporting daily. Responsible for new sales. Work with President to manage budget from a scheduling perspective. Manage all incoming calls. Schedule new clients and make changes to appointments. Monitor and oversee the entire quality control function. Resolve 2nd level escalations. Successfully increase First Contact Resolution. Hold all staff accountable to results through Field Supervisor
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: $ 42,000 - $ 46,000 per year
