Requirements:       - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills - Proficient in using Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Efficient time management and prioritizing skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Fluency in written and verbal English is critical - Persistence and use of aggressive sales techniques when required - Exceptional negotiation skills - Undergraduate degree or diploma in sales, business or marketing - G class driver's licence and access to vehicle is preferred - 3-5 years of sales, consultative sales or marketing experience
Description: - Lead generation and conversion - Telephone and e-mail follow up with leads provided by the school - Meeting monthly and annual sales targets - Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage leads and inquiries - Booking and co-ordinating school tours for prospective students - Interviewing and counselling prospective students - Enrolling students, maintaining student files and records - Give presentations to prospective students at various events - Attend job fairs, make visits to Newcomer centres, Employment agencies, etc to recruit students - Initiate and manage the full sales cycle from beginning to end - Work on lead generation and follow-up on existing leads provided by school - Organize student orientations and assist with marketing/social media as required - Other administrative tasks or assignments as assigned by the Director.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 11:30 am to 7 pm, Saturdays 10 am to 3:30 pm (lunch break half
Rate of Pay: $2,000.00 base per month and $150 per student enrollment as commission
