Requirements:       Minimum of college diploma or degree. Two (2) years experience within a call centre/ customer service environment as a bilingual customer care representative (French required for Bilingual roles only). Experience within a healthcare and/or distribution environment. Personal computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly. Exceptional Customer Service Skills in both French and English. Results oriented, with the ability to manage tight time deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Be able to provide full open availability to cover a variety of shifts 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday) from 8:00am – 11:00pm, all year round.
Description: Under the direction of the Customer Care Lead, the Bi-lingual/Unilingual Customer Care Representative (CCR) will be responsible for answering customer calls and building strong relationships with clients in order to find the solutions that best suit their individual situations. Receive inbound calls including transferred sales calls and calls from current and potential customers. Process telephone and online orders and accurately input the information in the ERP system. Answer questions regarding product details, available services, and customer accounts. Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with website and escalate any issues to management appropriately. Provide information to patients, prescribers and other HCPs as needed concerning the status of reimbursements or any other information necessary concerning their services. Perform basic account maintenance activities. Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
Hours per week: variable shifts (Monday-Sunday) from 8:00am-11:00pm ( 40 )
