Requirements:       College degree Minimum. Minimum of 3-5 years of general administration experience. Strong Outlook and MS Office skills (including Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Tech savvy with working knowledge of GoToMeeting and WhatsApp Technology. Positive disposition, excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong work ethic, reliable and maintains a high level of confidentiality. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Takes pride in taking initiative to independently accomplish tasks. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Description: Provide administrative support to AVP, Zone Field Support by handling files, correspondence, as well as general office duties Set up conference calls, handle all arrangements for sales meetings, training sessions, and organize travel as required. Prepare documentation, communicate / track information on training sessions for independent agents and brokers. Maintain Database and Administrative Policy and Procedures. Invoicing and Expense Management (review, track, and make corrections on monthly budget expenses). On-going communication with sales force and suppliers / third parties. Perform other duties as required.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 37.5 )
Rate of Pay: $40,000 - $ 48,000 per year
