Requirements:       We are looking for a hungry Office Administrator for our head office in Mississauga, ON. Attention to detail, and strong MS word skills are essential to this position. You will work closely with the owners and support our sales team members across Canada. The individual must have at least 2- 3 years Administrative Assistant experience. High Energy. Quality work with attention to detail. Great time management skills. Strong communication skills. Good English vocabulary (oral & writing). Work Independently Organizing and follow through on multiple assignments. Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Power Point and Excel)
Description: Administrative Duties at the central hub of Canadian operations. Professional Dress code. Use of customized databases. Update company Website and Social Media pages. Support the Owner to: Draft letters and documents Administration, communication and support Canadian sales team. Compliance monitoring of National Standards. Work on special projects and other duties as assigned Assist with Inventory Management.
Hours per week: Mon - Fri 40
Rate of Pay: TBD
