Requirements:       Experience is an asset however employer will train. Must have food safety certificate. Able to work with a team and must work well under pressure and in a busy environment. Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day. Dependable and reliable. Must be available to work weekends (Days and/or Evening shifts) Line Cooks must chop vegetables, prepare meats for cooking and weigh and measure ingredients. Line cooks are responsible primarily for cooking the food along with the sous chefs.
