Requirements:       Minimum three years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Professional demeanor combined with strong interpersonal skills. Must be proactive with strong attention to detail.
Description: Provide administrative support functions to Corporate Counsel and Administration and Legal Department. Project/Task Management, ordering of supplies, assist with store set-up tasks, maintain files.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday 35
Rate of Pay: $45,000 per year to start
