Requirements:       Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, self-directed, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, work under minimal supervision. Experience installing and troubleshooting issues on multiple platforms and operating systems. Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Networking. Administration or related IT field.; or equivalent training and work experience is required.
Description: Serve as the first point of contact for our clients seeking technical assistance relating to computer systems, software, and hardware. Perform analysis and troubleshoot support incidents. Ensure incident/problem resolution in a timely fashion to minimize impact on users, and manage escalation process. Manage configuration in applications, maintain access control, phone systems and IT inventory.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: TBD
