Requirements:       • Mechanically inclined and attention to detail is essential. • Background in agricultural and/or heavy equipment an asset but not required. • Hard working and well organized • Strong customer service and communication skills are required. • Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft office, inventory control systems and invoicing. • 1-3 years previous experience in similar environment an asset but not required • Completion of High School, college/ vocational or technical training
Description: • Customer service; answer customer inquiries and inform of any delays as needed via phone, email and fax • Process and pack customer parts orders accurately and on a timely basis • Issue customer parts invoices, credits and RGA’s • Follow up on customer back orders with appropriate parties • Solicit new parts orders from dealers/ customers • Responsible for physical inventory count in parts department • Process parts requisitions for purchasing department • Coordinate stock transfers from warehouse location in US. • Prepare shipping documents; bill of lading and commercial invoices • Maintaining area in a neat and orderly fashion • Assist/ backup for shipping receiving department as necessary including Operations of forklift to load and unload products from the trucks
