Requirements:       Must be proficient in speaking and writing in French and English. Previous work experience in a call centre or customer service environment. Genuinely care about solving problems and providing outstanding Customer Service. Ability to listen, understand and respond appropriately and professionally. Dependable and reliable and you act with integrity. Self-starter who takes initiative to learn new skills, solve problems, and be resourceful. Very comfortable with computers and web-savvy. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Description: Interactions over the phone with people across Canada. Able to help Customers and give them a clear understanding of our Clients’ program and support them. Help our Clients’ Collectors with their concerns and sometimes just listen. Interact with Collectors over the phone or chat, help them with their needs and offer support while connecting and engaging with them. Handle escalations and offer feedback while providing positive insights to our Clients’ program.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: $ 36,000 - $ 41,000 per year
