Job Title: Report & Billing Specialist I/T Services

Requirements:       - Compile, sort, review, analyze, prepare and enter key billing data, then create reports (using MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). - Process vendor, customer and account documents by reviewing data, locating deficiencies and resolving discrepancies by escalating to the appropriate department head. - Liaise with departments to confirm transactions and eliminate data duplication. - Complete data backups to secure information.
Description: - Expert level Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups and a minimum). - Very strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to push back and get information from a variety of audiences (from technicians to executives). - Proven ability to make suggestions and recommendations to improve processes around billing and reporting for service related activities. - Understanding of how billing works for service related businesses. - Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma. - 2 years of experience with billing, data-entry or similar function. - Expertise in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong prioritization and organizational skills. - Attention to detail with strong keyboarding abilities. - Thrives in a fast-paced environment. - Able to work independently.
