Requirements:       High attention to detail, sense of urgency, ability to meet deadlines. Ability to multi-task and prioritize a busy workload. Accurate data entry skills. Microsoft Excel, Outlook, internet, general computer skills. Ability to read, interpret and communication information from detailed reports. Basic math & aptitude for numbers. Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication and feedback skills. Ability and willingness to collaborate effectively and contribute to coordination of work as part of a small team. Previous experience in a similar role.
Description: Ensuring all shipping and receiving records and paperwork are organized and controlled. All paperwork, i.e. packing slips & purchase orders must be managed on a regular basis to ensure inventory is correctly recorded, and therefore customer orders are filled accurately and on-time. Maintain transportation schedule & ensure delivery times and dates are met. Answer phones, greet visitors and be the welcoming face of our employer at reception area.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: TBD
