Requirements:       1-2 years relevant previous experience at minimum, including exposure to databases and job posting boards. Must be able to effectively search, and filter both an internal employee database and applicant tracking system, and to post open positions externally i.e. onto JobBank, Indeed, etc. Temporary staffing industry, other merchandising services or high volume, hourly recruiting and scheduling experience would be valuable. Great planning and organizational skills, attention to small details. Ability to prioritize and juggle a heavy workload, and to remain positive and resilient in a fast-paced, demanding and time-sensitive environment. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. MS Outlook and Excel spreadsheets containing rollout data are the most frequently used software programs, so exposure to both would be preferred.
Description: Source, screen/interview & hire product merchandisers and store fixture installers to keep the national database of casual, on-call employees optimized. “Recruit locally” across the country to minimize project travel costs, and to enable scheduling of available and qualified staff for upcoming projects in various locations. Maintain open lines of communication to keep staff availability current. Contact and schedule qualified manpower resources for approved projects. Assign the ‘right people to the right project, at the right place at the right time.’ This includes both casual employees and coordination of third-party temporary staffing services when needed. Dispatch job orders. Travel coordination and booking. Travel could be for multiple flights, hotels and car rentals for routed projects, or single flights and hotel stays for single-location projects. Assist with routing for rollouts, estimation of project travel costs, following up on field reporting and other duties as requested and as time permits.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: $ 40,000 - $ 45,000 per year
