You are able to work a full-time or part-time shift, Monday to Sunday. College degree or equivalent work experience (customer service and inbound sales. Bilingual (preferred)
Description: The role of a Customer Service Representative is a demanding one that requires a unique skillset. Your job is to ensure that customers on the other end have the best experience possible, no matter how they choose to contact us. Responsibilities: Provide mindful, personalized communication to customers via phone, email, chat, SMS and social media. Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and considerate manner. Document inquires effectively and accurately. Provide contributions to your team to help achieve team goals. Be a team player by sharing your success through mentorship and help build our knowledge base.
Hours per week: Mon-Sun - 9 am to 9 pm 40 hrs/week
Rate of Pay: $14-$18/hour based on experience
