Requirements:       High School, Post-Secondary education or related field. 1+ years of customer service experience (food industry experience is an asset). Intermediate in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and web tools. Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Excellent time management, problem solving and decision making skills.
Description: Enter customer orders correctly and on time (received orders by phone, fax, email, I-Trade and EDI). Assist in answering telephone calls relating to customer service as required. Discuss any customer order issues with Director Sales and Sales Coordinator regarding orders and changing of existing orders. Communicate with customers regarding their order status, where required. Assist Sales Coordinator in Communication / proactive interaction with customers addressing concerns or questions, as necessary. Validate in confirming order pricing in I-Trade on a daily basis Provide follow up customer communication with respect to shorts / substitutions and request / implement new PO reissue if require Order entry management – Sales reports as required, set new item codes as required Assist other departments as required
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
