Requirements:       Some of the requirements of the role are: Experience in automotive service retail. Conveying trust to all customers. Ensuring the quality of workmanship on all installations and services. Providing thorough, non technical, explanations to customers regarding their services needs. Answering phones promptly and in a polite and positive manner. Able to optimize retail sales by ensuring courtesy checks on all vehicles in accordance with the shop's sales procedures. Generate complete and accurate estimates using the Stocktrac Enterprise System. Supporting promotional programs. Ensuring effective communication and presentation of a customer's vehicle's needs at the time of sale. Managing the shop in the Manager's absence, in accordance with the shop's operational procedures. Delegating responsibilities to employees to make full use of their skills and abilities. Increase shop profitability by ensuring proper pricing of all products and services. Managing controllable expenses. Recruiting, interviewing and retaining high-caliber employees. Assessing and providing necessary training to develop an employee's full potential. Have the responsibility to make sure reasonable precaution is taken for protection of the workers in the workplace and thereby assist in the achievement of a health and safe operation
Description: Position Overview: To support the Shop Manager in the optimization of the shop's retail sales and profitability while delivering superior customer service. Key Performance Areas: 1. Hours per week: Week days and weekends (40 hrs/ week)
