Organizational skills. French and English language comprehension (reading and writing). Ability to manage and prioritize projects and deadlines. Good computer skills. Exceptional listening skills. Adaptable to changing workflows.
Description: Key duties will be to provide excellent service to our external customers, set up and conduct tele-underwriting interviews. You will gather comprehensive medical and family history and input all data accurately in to our in-house computer system as well as additional reporting and other duties outlined by management. The successful applicant will have daily involvement with our Contact Management Systems (CMS), Electronic Data Collection (EDC) and databases systems.We will provide training for conflict resolution and client interaction on a continual basis. Finally, the candidate will report statistical data to their managers on a regular interval.
Hours per week: Monday - Friday ( 40 )
Rate of Pay: $ 15.00 per hour
