Requirements:       Required: Smart Serve Certification. $Food Handlers Certification (Preferred). CPR/First Aid (Preferred). Class G Drivers License. Required Experience: *High school diploma, college degree preferred. 1- 3 years' prior experience as a server or bartender in a private club or high end dining establishment. 1 year applicable function lead, supervisory, or management experience.
Description: This newly created entry level F&B management position will assist the F&B leadership team to continue developing our rapidly growing business. An ideal position for an experienced server or head bartender looking to grow & develop into Food & Beverage management. Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the dinning room & private events. Directly supervises service staff & beverage staff. Assist in hiring, training & supervising subordinates. Applies relevant marketing principles to assure that the wants & needs of guests are consistently exceeded. The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for directing & leading the following areas of the operation to ensure "Best in Class" service within the perimeters established in the operating budget: * Dinning room operations including restaurant, pool, snack bar & halfway house. *Oversees clubhouse dinning shifts. *Club sponsored events. *Promotion of club sponsored F&B special events. Assist in monthly inventory. *Opening and closing duties. *Catering event supervision as required. Some Duties & Responsibilities: Train and supervise employees including bartenders, halfway house staff, holding service to the highest standard possible in an outgoing & positive manner. Maintains a sense of professionalism with all F&B employees at all times. Implement cross training programs for current employees & new hires through entire F&B department. Executes and maintain ongoing programs. Promotes the club services & facilities. Be legally eligible to work in Canada.
Hours per week: Week days/Weeekends & holidays are mandatory
