Description: Our client in the healthcare business, focusing on the retail of sleep apnea related products and patience care is looking for a Customer Care/ Admin Assistant. Some of the Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer support to the e-commerce, on line retail customers * Respond to clients' emails, and social media communication * Answer customer phone calls with proper business manners and etiquette * Package products, shipping/ handling
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM 40 hrs/ week
Rate of Pay: TBD
