Requirements:       • Results oriented, able to work well independently and as part of the team. • Excellent customer service skills • Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures; • Familiarity with medical terminology an asset; • Experience/ knowledge of general Human Resources practices is an asset; • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment; Knowledge & Skills • Strong relationship development skills • Strong influencing and persuasion skills • Strong written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on verbal reasoning, resolution of issues and listening skills • Well organized and able to handle multiple and competing priorities
Description: • Match our professional staff with temporary assignments at Helping Hands' clients' facilities or residences; • Process the revised and/or updated schedule(s) in the computer according to special requests, vacations, sick leave, leaves of absence, etc., as they are received; • Receive, screen and route incoming candidate calls; • Provide administrative support and follow administrative procedures as required; • Maintain appropriate communication with other coordinators • Respond to inquiries from patients and third parties; customer service and contact clients; • Ensure a strong positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring/ working life cycle
