Requirements:       A Legal Professional firm in Markham, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate will have: • Great organization and time management skills. • Excellent grammar and typing skills are required. • Excellent customer service skills. • Excellent phone etiquette. Fluent in English and able to be assertive conducting phone conversations.
Description: Responsibilities will include: • Client intake, filing, scanning. • Preparation of legal documents and correspondence • Maintaining calendar and scheduling. • Processing of incoming/outgoing mail • Opening and closing files, and other administrative duties as required.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM 40 hrs/week
Rate of Pay: Based on qualifications
